Tom Mueller
A principal with IMG Principals, Tom Mueller has 24 years of business
and investor experience in setting strategic plans, creating operational
focus and developing organizational resources in industries undergoing
consolidation, price erosion and technological change.
Prior to becoming involved with IMG Principals, Tom was President,
Director and a shareholder of Tycor International Corp., a manufacturing
company that was sold to Cutler-Hammer/Westinghouse, a division
of Eaton Corp. In this role, Tom focused on establishing sales and
distribution channels and helped grow the company from 12 to more
than 80 employees, increased sales by 40 percent annually and positioned
the company as an industry technology leader. With Cutler-Hammer/Westinghouse,
Tom implemented management processes that positioned the organization
for continued sales growth.
Tom's preceding business experience included eight years with Coopers
& Lybrand Management Consultants where he managed projects that
included the review of companies on behalf of lending institutions,
the development of strategic, marketing and business plans, the
reengineering of administrative and accounting processes, and the
rationalization of corporate assets to improve efficiency and profits.
Prior to this experience, Tom worked for Shell Canada Resources
as an Engineer where he was responsible for planning drilling programs
both in Western Canada as well as the company's East Coast offshore
operations.
Previously Tom was a board member of Synex International Inc.,
a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Tom holds a degree
in Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and
a MBA from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Stuart Mooney
Stuart Mooney is an experienced executive with strong acquisition,
financial and operating skills. He has served as CEO of several
companies.
Prior to his involvement with IMG Principals, Stuart was President
of 3C Capital, a private merchant bank that provides capital and
advisory services to mid-sized companies. In his role with 3C Capital,
Stuart headed a team that raised debt and equity for a public oil
and gas company, managed the sale of the control block of a public
company and raised debt for a technology services company.
Stuart's previous business experience includes 15 years with Greyvest
Capital Inc., a publicly traded company that operated three separate
businesses: merchant banking, computer leasing, and computer rental
and services. While with Greyvest Capital, Stuart held a number
of positions that culminated in President and Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, he reported to the CEO and was responsible for day-to-day
operations.
As President of Vernon Technology Solutions he grew the business
from $9.5 million in revenues to $35 million in four years and managed
all issues that arose as a result of growing a company of three
branches and 60 employees to eight branches and 140 employees.
Stuart has been a director of a number of publicly traded companies.
Currently he is the Chairman of Boundary Creek Resources. Stuart
graduated from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario with a degree
in Economics.

Carter Siebens
Carter Siebens is a Principal with IMG Principals. Based in Calgary,
Canada, Carter brings to the role 20 years of experience in financial
analysis, corporate transactions, manufacturing management, corporate
administration and acquisition integration.
Prior to joining IMG Principals, Carter was Vice President, Director
and a shareholder of Tycor International Corp., a manufacturing
company that was eventually sold to Cutler-Hammer/Westinghouse,
a division of Eaton Corp., in 1997. With Cutler-Hammer/ Westinghouse,
Carter became the Controller and Administration Manager, responsible
for overseeing the accounting, human resource and administrative
functions. He successfully completed several initiatives that included
the design of, and move to, a new facility, as well as the implementation
of new manufacturing and software systems.
Preceding his manufacturing experience, Carter was with The MerBanco
Group, in Calgary, Canada, where he raised capital for small to
medium sized private companies. From 1987 to 1991 Carter worked
for Hambro European Ventures Ltd., a management buyout group based
in London, England. In this role, he performed a range of duties
including due diligence, financial modeling and arranging financing
for leverage buyouts and other types of investments.
Carter is a board member of Boundary Creek Resources Ltd. and Silicon
Acquisition Inc. both of which are listed on the Canadian Venture
Exchange. He is a former board member of two Alberta Stock Exchange
Junior Capital Pool companies, Tertiary Mines Ltd. and Somerville
Capital Corp., that successfully completed major transactions. Carter
holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of British
Columbia.

W.W. Siebens
WW (Bill) Siebens has over 45 years of experience in senior executive
and board positions predominantly in the oil and gas industry.
In 1958, Bill came
to Calgary to oversee Siebens Leasehold Ltd., a petroleum and natural
gas leasehold company that was sold in 1966 after which Siebens
Oil and Gas Ltd. was established. As President, Bill developed Siebens
Oil and Gas Ltd. into a significant independent oil company. In
1970, the company was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange as an
oil and gas exploration company and was sold to Dome Petroleum Limited
in 1979.
Since 1979, Bill has been involved in several businesses including
being Chairman of Sovereign Oil & Gas, a significant oil producer
in the North Sea until 1991 when the company was sold to Neste Oy,
the Finnish National Oil Company. From 1994 to 1996 Bill was Chairman
of the Board and major shareholder of ResoQuest Resources Ltd. until
the company was sold to Pinnacle Resources Ltd. in 1996 where he
served on the Board until it was sold to Renaissance in 1998.
Bill is presently Chairman of Freehold Royalty Trust. He has been
a director of PetroCanada since 1986 and is presently a director
of The Fraser Institute. Bill graduated from the University of Oklahoma
with a degree in Petroleum Engineering.

Rodger Tourigny
Rodger Tourigny brings over 40 years of financial and accounting
experience to IMG Principals, predominantly in the oil and gas industry.
Rodger has been involved in a number of business ventures including
Tourigny Management Ltd., a management, and oil and gas company
of which he has been Pres. He was also Vice President of Finance
of ResoQuest Resources Ltd. from 1992 to 1994 and Vice President
of Finance of Siebens Oil and Gas Ltd. from 1976 to 1979. In these
roles he was responsible for corporate financial planning and accounting
functions. As a member of the Executive Committee with both companies
he was involved in corporate decisions and administration.
From 1969 to 1976, Rodger was Secretary-Treasurer of Ranger Oil
Limited where he guided the accounting function of this active and
independent oil company. In this capacity he was involved in international
operations in the U.K. North Sea and the U.S. through the establishment
of several oil and gas drilling funds. Rodger was also involved
in the financing of Ranger Oil's six percent share of the $2 billion
development costs of the Ninian Field in the North Sea and assisted
in having Ranger Oil listed on the American Stock Exchange and subsequent
equity issue cleared through the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Rodger is a board member of several public companies including
Elk Point Resources Inc. (1995 - present), Advantage Energy Income
Fund (2001 - present) and Shenandoah Resources Ltd. (1998 - present).
He has also been a board member of Tycor International Corp. (1993
- 1997) and Search Energy Corp. (1996 - 2001).
Rodger augments his business endeavours with volunteer activities
that presently include being a director of Heritage Park and past
Chairman (1998 - 2000) of the Board of Governors of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants Education Foundation. He has also been
a member of Council
of the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of
the Financial Executives Institute. Rodger received a Bachelor of
Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan in 1964 and was awarded
his Chartered Accountant designation in 1966.

Brad Franssen
Brad Franssen has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry; in residential, commercial and industrial arenas. He is currently President of IMG Design Build Ltd. and is a principal with IMG Principals. He has 20 years of supervisory experience, along with diversity in steel, concrete and wood construction.
Brad has managed projects in a wide scope of industries; ranging from oil and gas, mining and transportation, to architectural and manufacturing. He has directed and coordinated over 50 sites/projects worldwide, with a minimum of 11 sites/projects running concurrently, and has been responsible for multimillion dollar projects in the United States and South America (involving construction, administration, scheduling, negotiations, procurement and consultation with professionals ranging from engineers to purchasing agents).
